Mark C. Lindgren

Mark joined Ameren in 1998, became a member of the Ameren Leadership Team in 1999, and has held several leadership roles within Human Resources.  He was promoted to vice president in 2006 and was named vice president of Human Resources, chief human resources officer in 2009 and in 2015 was promoted to senior vice president of Corporate Communications and chief human resources officer.  Before joining Ameren, he worked at The Franklin Life Insurance Company in a human resources leadership role.

Mark serves as co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute's Chief Human Resources Officers Advisory Group and the board of directors of the Ameren Transmission Company.  Mark's dedicated to strengthening the community and currently serves as Vice Chair of Nine Network of Public Media, co-leads the Advisory Committee of St. Louis STEM Ecosystem and has served in board chair roles of FOCUS St. Louis and Dance St. Louis.  Mark has also served as a member of the talent council and higher education council of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and serves in other community support activities.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in business from Eastern Illinois and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois-Springfield, a certificate in Nuclear Reactor Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
