Clean Slate 2021 Program

 

To be eligible for Clean Slate 2021, customers must meet the following requirements:

  • Have an active Ameren Missouri electric account that is past due, including those on payment agreements, or reconnecting an account.
  • Pay 25% of the past-due balance.
  • Financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Household income up to 300% of the federal poverty level.
    • Income eligibility determined by the agency—not Ameren Missouri
    • Example: Households making up to $79,500 for a family of four are eligible to apply.
