You must be recommended by a participating Keeping Current agency to receive assistance. Program benefits last for two years. Customers may participate in either program, but not both at the same time.
The new income guidelines are up to 200% FPL for the Keeping Current program, and up to 250% FPL for the Keeping Cool program. These changes are effective from April 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Income tables below.
