Ameren Missouri ensures your participation is managed seamlessly from start to finish. After submitting the inquiry form, our team works with you to establish an energy savings plan that may include steps like adjusting HVAC settings, dimming lights, modifying production schedules, or switching to backup generation during periods of high grid stress.
Then, when the grid experiences peak demand, you’ll receive a “dispatch” notification via SMS, email, or phone. Simply follow your plan to reduce energy use during the event and earn payments for participating. After it ends, our team will provide post-event support to help you optimize future participation.
